We are shipping from our location in Beverly Hills, California.

Processing time is 1-3 days business days.

Depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout, your items will arrive 4-8 days after being processed.

Worldwide shipping 

Tax import fees might be due and are to cover by the customer. Please track your package to see if fees are due.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

 

Package lost or damaged

Once package is passed to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL), Ebonee Brow Kit can not take responsibility for the package if it's missing/lost or damage/broken. If damaged or lost buyer should contact USPS and file a claim online. We do recommend shipping your items with priority mail since these are automatically insured (100$). If you choose to send your package with first class mail, these packages won’t be insured.
